Risk Management and code COMPLIANCE Program

Facility Repair & Maintenance Recommendations
After performing our thorough inspection of your facility, we will give you an itemized report of the status of your property, and what areas need attention. We will also provide you an estimate for the work required including a timeline per area. This estimate will help you plan accordingly.
Public Indoor/Outdoor pools/spa full-service cleaning
At Mass Pools & Spas, we specialize in building relationships with management companies, HOA boards, and on-site maintenance personnel to help provide their customers with the best facilities within budget. Once we establish these relationships, we work hard to grow and maintain them by providing consistent communication (written and verbal), weekly/monthly meetings (customized per facility), and treating their facility like our own. Each member of our team will take personal ownership in each client’s facility.
Commercial Cleaning Services Overview
Each service plan is customized per the facility and budget limitations. After meeting with the facility management team and understanding their unique needs we will provide a written plan with a complete budget impact. Each plan will typically include the following:
Proposed service schedule developed around facility usage
Proposed equipment and materials needed per plan with specific budget impact
Proposed services checklist, a detailed timeline and customized form we will submit after each scheduled visit
Any additional facility needs obtained at first meeting with management
Commercial Cleaning Checklist (Customized per facility)
Each plan created by Mass Pools & Spas will have a customized service checklist which helps the management aware which is completed in real-time and provides them with documentation they can use for any future meetings. Some items may include:
Chemicals checks and adjustments per visit with Feedback
General cleaning duties completed. Items like: Brush walls/floor, vacuum, skim surface, clean tile, & empty skimmer/pump baskets with Feedback
